BC Bargaining Database
The BC Bargaining database was created through the combined efforts of the Provincial Government, the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, the Business Council of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Federation of Labour.
This website provides general information on collective agreement settlements in British Columbia. General information will include:
- Quarterly reports on wage settlements, work stoppages, and the status of negotiations throughout the province.
- Annual reports will include a calendar of expiring agreements, wage settlement reports, duration of agreements reports, and reports on the status of negotiations throughout the province.
- Information will be based on the settlements and work stoppages reported to the BC Bargaining database, the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, and the Business Council of British Columbia.
The objective of this website is to provide up-to-date information on collective bargaining developments in British Columbia in an impartial manner. Moreover, it allows the parties to use this neutral information to inform and facilitate the bargaining process.
