Eligibility Requirements for Provincially Significant Projects under B.C.’s Infrastructure Projects Act

The Business Council of British Columbia appreciates the opportunity to contribute ideas on criteria and requirements for designating projects as “provincially significant” under B.C.’s recently passed Infrastructure Projects Act. The Act is enabling legislation and must be implemented through regulation, which is the process now being undertaken. Our submission is based on feedback we received from members during several committee meetings specifically focused on questions around the implementation of Bill 15.
