BCBC’s NEXTGen is a program for emerging leaders in Business Council of B.C. member organizations.
It brings together early- and mid-career professionals (roughly ages 25–40) who are:
curious about B.C.’s economy and public policy
looking to build leadership skills and clear career pathways
interested in growing cross-sector networks beyond their own organization
