Looking to build networks beyond their own sector
More about NEXTGen
-
NEXTGen is open to professionals working at BCBC member companies who are typically in the early to mid stages of their careers.
-
NEXTGen runs year-round and brings participants together for four in-person events annually.
Events include speaker sessions, panels, networking, and occasional site visits to BCBC member companies.
We encourage NEXTGen participants to attend regularly to get the most out of the program.
-
Individuals working at BCBC companies can be nominated by someone within their organization. They can also register their interest by completing the form below.
““For me, the real value of NEXTGen is the opportunity to build high-quality relationships with peers and mentors, gain exposure beyond your own industry, and learn directly from expert speakers. You don’t often get the chance to be in a room with such a diverse range of industries, and that perspective is especially valuable when you’re building your career.””
